Cambodia Day 1 part b

> Temple number 2 of day one, Bakong Temple. Built in late 9th century. We climbed to the very top level and was able to get back down. The steps are really high and steep, our guide explained why, of course, do not remember. Maybe something about protection or prestige, something like that. We sure felt the challenge in our legs and lungs. Nice to not be at 12,000 elevation like Tibet...
