More sites and scenes of the Jokhang Temple. Home of the Sakamuni Buddha, a figure of pure gold and encrusted jewels, was brought to Tibet by a Chinese princess in the 7th century. Another notable Buddha is the Buddha of the future, somewhat larger and dressed in a beautiful brocade. No photos allowed in the temple, took only memories.
